Overview
This individual will be a key member of the Secondary Marketing Department and have a fundamental understanding of secondary market operations as well as Product and Pricing skillset with overlapping competencies across domain and IT, good analytical, management and interpersonal skills. The objective of this role is to support and enhance our pricing and margin infrastructure so that PRMG achieves optimal profitability on every loan. The duties for Secondary Marketing Manager include, but are not limited to, those described below.
Essential Job Functions:
Organization: Develops and implements sales and marketing strategies, and risk-based pricing strategies, satisfying customer needs through a full array of products and services.
Coordination: Utilizes judgment and discretion to ensure uninterrupted flow of business.
Communication: Communicates well verbally and in writing with co-workers and customers acting as liaison between internal/external customers and Company’s internal departments to ensure cohesive business flow.
Equipment: Uses such office equipment as computer terminals, copiers and FAX machines.
Physical: Sits and stands for extended time periods. Hearing and vision within normal ranges.
Responsibilities

Makes provisions for the proper orientation and training of new personnel.
Reviews employee performance throughout the probationary period and on a regularly scheduled basis thereafter.
Organizes, schedules, and distributes work among assigned personnel.
Keeps personnel informed of pertinent policies and procedures affecting the department and/or their jobs.
Creates an atmosphere in which upward communication from employees is encouraged.
Provides research and solutions to complex questions and tasks.
Ensures that department goals are met and adhering to dept service levels.
Extensive knowledge of the dept function and processes.
Ensure accuracy of pricing and eligibility information.
Stays informed on guideline updates and newly released products updates.
Collaborate with PPE team on testing and enhancement of PPE, as well as any integrations to PPE.
Maintain customer relationships, proactively provide customers with helpful information regarding pricing and guidelines.
Create solutions for rectifying discrepancies.
Serves as primary contact for internal staff, as well as external client base on secondary marketing related inquiries, including troubleshooting complications.
Engages with Director of Secondary Marketing, Production Team, IT Team, Customer Support Team to better understand customers’ concerns, product & pricing usage, competitive intelligence, and market insights.
Establish and maintain customer service goals and standards with internal staff and external customers, including investor relationships.
Follow any other job-related instructions and perform any other job-related duties.
Qualifications
2 year Supervisory Secondary Marketing experience required.
PPE experience required.
Experience working in a fast-paced team environment.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal-communication and business-relationship skills.
Detail oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Strong Project Management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Technologically proficient, MS Excel software experience required.
