Supervise 20 to 23 employees in a Business to Business Sales environment.

Ability to coach, mentor, and motivate sales representatives.
Resolve issues involving employees and customers to ensure timely processing of orders.

Listen to Witness calls and live calls to make sure the sales representatives are following all policies and procedures
Competencies and skills
Minimum 3 to 5 years supervisory experience in telephone sales.
Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales goals and quotas.
