Job Summary: This role involves supporting our customers by addressing their needs and inquiries, coordinating product flow and production schedules, and performing various administrative tasks. Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, and/or planning is preferred but not required, as we are willing to provide training to the right candidate.

Full-time, On-site: Monday - Friday from 7:00am to 2:30pm
Pay Range: $20.00-$26.50 per hour.

Duties/Responsibilities
- Take the lead on responding to and addressing customer inquiries.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence.
- Communicate with internal departments to assess job progress.
- Provide job status and progress updates to management, customers, and other stake holders.
- Collaborate with production teams to monitor inventory levels and streamline processes.
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Effective, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of detail attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational skills and multitasking abilities.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), PDF editors, Zoom, and general computer applications.
- Experience in manufacturing, warehouse operations, production, and/or planning is preferred.
- Ability to follow directions and work effectively in a team environment.
Physical Demands: Job duties are mainly performed in a temperature-controlled office environment with some exposure to an open warehouse environment with a wider range of temperature variation and exposure to noise, vibrations, fumes, and chemicals.
- Repetitive motion of wrists, hands and fingers.
- Prolonged periods of sitting.
- Occasional periods of standing, walking, bending and driving.
- Occasional lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 20 pounds (And rarely up to 50).
