Will support the General Practice Residency (GPR) Program and provide department support in the area of human resource, facility, space and special projects under the direction of the Department Manager. Will serve as an academic and staff HR coordinator. Will coordinate timely People Connect case (ticket) submissions and completion of necessary documents with the Department Chair, and Department Manager for HR activities. In coordination with the Department Manager, manage the department website, and space needs of the department. Develop and analyze processes, systems and reporting in completing assigned tasks. Effectively communicate potential areas of concern to Department Manager. Assist with special projects as they arise.

Knowledge of a variety of administrative operational activities such as event planning, website design, and payroll.
Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training.
Minimum 3+ years of related experience
Ability to use discretion and maintain confidentiality.
Working knowledge of common organization-specific and other computer application programs.
Solid organizational skills and ability to multi-task with demanding timeframes.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all levels of staff verbally and in writing.
Ability to use sound judgment in responding to issues and concerns.
