The Analyst, Corporate Banking Relationship Manager plays a key role in building relationships with our highest value clients and is tasked with delivering an exceptional customer experience designed to retain and grow our top customers. Products marketed include but are not limited to: deposit, credit, interest and currency risk management products, cash management, international trade and liquidity solutions. Identifies and pursues new sales prospects within existing or untapped markets. Gathers market intelligence, generates leads, and develops proposals/campaigns to garner new business, ensuring a consistent flow of new revenues to the company. Uses knowledge of markets, industries, and clients to determine demand, future trends and potential projects. Works pre-developed lead lists to generate business and identify new customer prospects.
Responsible for client relationships, including attracting and retaining new clients and strengthening current relationships. Activities include maximizing cross-sales opportunities through customer profiling with the ultimate goal of cultivating interest in other business banking products. Makes presentations to potential clients and contributes to the achievement of sales targets.
Essential Functions/Responsibility Statements:
Effectively utilizes centralized credit support team for both new originations and portfolio management
Builds and maintains client business plan models
Creates, consolidates, and prepares pitchbook materials for client meetings
Oversees the entire client due diligence process
Builds a collaborative internal relationship with key partners
Conducts joint calling and prospecting with specialists depending on situation
Utilizes sales tracking database to manage call/relationship management activities
Performs ad hoc client or sector analysis and additional business development initiatives
Practices sounds risk management protocols and adhere to internal and regulatory requirements.

Education:
Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent degree and/or work experience, in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Work Experience:
Business Banking Relationship Manager role and/or related business experience., 1-3 years
Skills and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of business products and services strong business or commercial credit acumen
Proven track record of sales and outside calling skills Excellent communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop strong customer and colleague relationships
Local market knowledge and the ability to develop, retain and expand relationships with Centers of Influence
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team environment
