Assess, develop, implement and evaluate Music Therapy interventions to address the age-specific psychosocial and physiological needs of hospitalized adults and their families 40%

Education
Bachelor's Degree In Music Therapy (pending completion of internship) (Required) or
Master's Degree In Music Therapy (pending completion of internship) (Required)
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities
Demonstrate competence with a variety of musical instruments and skills, i.e., transposition, improvisation, song writing, instrumental/vocal arranging, Orff, Dalcroze, Eurhythmics, drumming, and adapting instruments and therapeutic music interventions to a variety of culturally, ethnically, racially diverse, medically, developmentally and physiologically impaired patients. (Required proficiency)
Knowledge of research design and methodology, patient assessment and evaluation techniques. (Required proficiency)
Strong interest in multi-disciplinary team approach. (Required proficiency)
Completion of a minimum of 100 hours of music therapy practicum. (Required proficiency)
