RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage design on complex campaigns and projects
Collaborate with peers to create time estimates for projects
Create strong branded design work from initial idea to final production. (print and digital advertisements, flyers, invitations, brochures, magazines, white papers, e-mails, fillable PDF forms, PowerPoint templates, webinars, Word docs, direct mail, posters signage, video graphics, website pages, newsletters, journals, corporate reports and other miscellaneous collateral materials).
Mentor junior members of team
Study design briefs and determine requirements
Maintain current knowledge of design trends
Solve design problems proactively with patience and intelligence
Works closely with copywriters and other peers to produce final designs
Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education/Certification:
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art or another related field
OR
Equivalent years of experience in graphic design
Experience:
3+ years graphic design experience.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe design software.
Portfolio required with application.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience:
5+ years graphic design experience.
Skills/Abilities:
Leadership skills
Self-starter with high accountability
Excellent concept skills
Strong design and problem-solving skills
Expert with Adobe Creative Cloud Suite. (Highly-proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Acrobat.)
