The position of Clinical Utilization Analyst entails gaining a deep understanding of the problems and key metrics of the business with regard to Clinical Analytics and Affordability. This position is primarily technical in nature but requires the ability to communicate data stories to non-technical business leaders.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Creating detailed Dashboards and reports to showcase business performance and opportunities
- Maintaining existing reporting structures and adapting them to new data sets
- Documenting and cataloguing design processes for future use
- Taking and understanding customer requests, and translating those requirements to a completed product
- Working with team members to improve existing processes
- Identifying and implementing process improvements and operating efficiencies
- Identifying business opportunities from large datasets, and communicating them to customers

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of professional experience in data science, analytics, or related field
- 1+ years of professional experience in the US Healthcare industry
- Working proficiency in Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Office products
Preferred Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or Healthcare
- Working proficiency with data visualization tools, such as PowerBI & PowerQuery
