Responsibilities: | The Mannes School of Music Composition area at the College of Performing Arts seeks a highly motivated student to serve as Composition Area, Student Assistant. This position supports initiatives within the Composition area and reports to the Program & Administration Manager. This position is open to student applicants with Federal Work Study awards, as well as student applicants without a Federal Work Study award.

Work Mode: Onsite
Hourly Rate: $16.00
Hours per Week: 1-2 on average (est. 20 per semester)
Responsibilities: - Assist with rehearsals and scheduling of Composition Department activities.
- Liaise with and coordinate CoPA Production Office and Library as needed.
- Assist in the coordination and promotion of activities related to the Composers Collective.
- Assist with Departmental activities in coordination with the Chair and as assigned by the Program & Administration Manager.
- Additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: | Minimum Qualifications: - Current student in the Composition area (BM, MM, or PDPL in Composition).
- Previous administrative experience.
