What You’ll DO:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HubSpot CRM Manager to lead the implementation and ongoing management of HubSpot across our chain of health clubs. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the CRM system, ensuring seamless integration, training staff, and optimizing its use to drive membership growth and improve customer engagement.
Implementation and Integration:
Lead the transition and implementation of HubSpot CRM, ensuring it integrates smoothly with existing systems and processes.
Collaborate with IT and other departments to set up necessary data migration and integration processes.
CRM Management:
Oversee the day-to-day operations of HubSpot CRM, ensuring data accuracy, system efficiency, and user satisfaction.
Develop and maintain CRM policies and procedures.
Training and Support:
Conduct training sessions for staff at all levels to ensure effective use of HubSpot CRM.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CRM users.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize HubSpot’s analytics tools to track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to membership sales, customer retention, and marketing campaigns.
Provide actionable insights to improve sales and marketing strategies.
Marketing Automation:
Design and implement marketing automation workflows to enhance member acquisition and retention.
Develop email marketing campaigns, lead nurturing workflows, and other automated communications.
Customer Engagement:
Leverage HubSpot CRM to enhance member engagement and customer service.
Monitor and analyze customer feedback and interactions to continuously improve the member experience.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with overall business goals.
Coordinate with external vendors and HubSpot support as needed.
