Overview
The Account Receivable Voucher Clerk will be responsible for all accounts receivable related administrative functions, including contacting delinquent customers via phone to secure payment, assisting with printing and mailing of statements, reviewing account histories with customers, and posting payments, credit memos and adjustments.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Ownership and management of ecommerce Customer Experience including Prepare all NJ State payment vouchers as per procedures and batch together for processing
Compile data and prepare invoices for billing purposes
Verify accuracy of billing data and revise any errors
Work closely with Customer Service, Accounts Receivables, and Sales Representatives
All other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Enjoy working in a fast paced, high volume environment
Excellent Communication Skills
Experience with Microsoft Office
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Relational database experience (MS Access, MS SQL)
