Job Summary:
Ruggable’s Operations Project Delivery team powers our growth by bringing new products and marketplaces to scale. The team’s Senior Project Delivery Manager works with people across Operations, Product, Marketing, and International teams to scope projects, create and manage detailed project plans, own cross-functional communication, and provide hands-on assistance for testing solutions! This role will also be responsible for communicating project statuses and risks to senior and cross-functional stakeholders across the Operations organization. You are passionate about people and finding collaborative “win-wins” for the business. You are a quick learner with initiative to roll up your sleeves to execute tasks on time from start to finish, generating buy-in and from stakeholders along the way.
What You’ll Do:
Take ownership of manufacturing capabilities & tactical requirements for new products, marketplace launches and cross-functional process changes
Manage all project plans for new product and marketplace launches, including project schedules, immediate action items, stage gate reviews, etc.
Communicate project progress and risks to senior Operations leaders
Serve as the Operations team champion when collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ensure Project Delivery team is focused on high-priority actions at all times
Scope and manage key cross-functional operations initiatives, including cost savings projects, material transitions, and quality improvements.
Collaborate with the rest of the Operations team and cross-functional counterparts
Create project management plans and tracking tools to ensure successful and timely project completion
Work with procurement to purchase any equipment needed for production
Execute lean manufacturing improvements to effectively launch and scale new products
Analyze new business decisions by gathering and validating key inputs and assumptions
What You’ll Need to Have:
Required:
3-5+ years of professional experience working in consulting, engineering, supply chain or manufacturing
3+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex projects end to end
A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, unstructured environment with limited supervision
Strong organization and planning skills with ability to multitask
Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate
An analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
Preferred:
Experience with continuous improvement processes and tools
Conversational Spanish
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
Compensation:
$115,000 - $140,000 per year base salary
An annual bonus percentage that varies based on level of role
Employer matching (up to 3% of base salary) for company sponsored 401K plan
