The Human Resources (HR) Intern will collaborate with global Industrial Solutions Americas.
Essential Duties:
Support and prepare materials, documents, presentations related to enhance employee satisfaction by completing the following:
Create and evaluate survey results for global employees
Benchmark other locations best practices for employee satisfaction
Consolidate information gathered
Prepare, monitor, analyze critical location KPIs
Innovative ideas to improve KPIs
Participate, coordinate, and support the Global HR meetings
Other duties, as assigned

Qualifications
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Currently enrolled in a US accredited degree program pursuing a degree in data analytics, engineering, or similar
Must be at least sophomore standing
Must have and maintain a minimum GPA of a 2.8 or higher
Able to work a minimum of 24+ hours or more per week during normal business hours (Monday-Friday)
Able to commute to our Fairlawn, OH ContiTech HQs 3 days/week (Monday-Friday)
Excellent communication, writing, and speaking skills
Attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (i.e. PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)
Able to prepare and create desirable videos
Curiosity to learn new things
Willingness to travel up to 5%

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
