What You’ll Do:
Be involved in the project sale process.
Lead turnover to production.
Forecast project revenue.
Transfer information over to the Billing Specialist.
Create and manage all purchase orders and subcontracts.
Build the submittal log.
Release and schedule equipment for delivery upon submittal approval.
Build schedule of values for Billing.
Order and schedule equipment rental for field use.
Attend job site progress meetings.
Price all change orders and maintain change over logs in Sage.
Write all RFIs.
Make adjustments in accounting software as the project progresses.
Maintain cost to complete forecasting.
Prepare and submit final billing.
Review and submit TAB report.
Upon project closeout, hold post-project review (PPR).
Go over items that Estimating missed.
Summarize wins and losses.
Review the customer’s Superintendent and Project Manager’s ease to work with and determine priority for future projects.
Collect review from EMC’s Superintendent and Project Manager.
Follow up with customer when retainage is billed.
Qualifications
What You’ll Bring:
Have a solid knowledge of the estimating process.
Excellent verbal and written communication and problem solving skills.
10-15 years industry experience.
Knowledge of mechanical, plumbing, and BAS/DDC systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Procore.
Knowledge of CAD/BIM.
Valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record.
Must be able to crawl, kneel, squat, and climb.
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis, unassisted.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
