Value Based Care Execution Director
Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). Must reside within 50 miles/1hour commute from an Elevance Health location.
The Value Based Care Execution Director is responsible for facilitating the execution of the Network Market Planning and Value Based Solution Teams. This individual contributor will act as a connector within the organization, foster a high-performance culture, and work in direct alignment with leadership in various engagements and drive accountability for deliverables and performance dashboards.
How you will make an impact:
- Manages and drives projects to completion; tracks progress, resolves problems, publishes progress reports, recommends actions or changes, ensuring the program meets milestones, deliverables, budget and objectives.
- Supports leadership by strategizing, managing operations, and supervising projects to meet organizational goals and initiatives.
- Provides expert knowledge of roadmaps and strategic view of enterprise dependency, program solution delivery.
- Influences and provides leadership on external advocacy efforts.
- Collaborates to utilize lean capabilities for projects, tools and methodologies and ensures timely execution of projects that are out-come driven and integrated into dashboard reporting.
- Provides strategic direction and continually refines consolidated roadmap of initiatives (enterprise dependency, program solution delivery).
- Creates internal and external communications, including responses to inquiries, requests for information, and identifying proactive strategies to share value across all stakeholders.
- Works across matrix teams to ensure changes are properly communicated and executed.
- Prepares agendas, ensures pre-meeting materials are prepared and distributed, captures meeting minutes, assigns and tracks follow-up actions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Requires a BA/BS degree in a related field and a minimum of 8 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.
Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences:
- MBA preferred.
- Travels to worksite and other locations as necessary.
- Knowledge of Value Base Care and strategic performance drivers with all lines of business. (Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial)
- Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with all levels of stakeholders.
- Effective coordination and management of multiple tasks or projects.
- Project Management background preferred, PMP a plus.
- Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Suite (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Proactive interest/experience in driving and implementing AI/Digital enabled capabilities.
For candidates working in person or remotely in the below locations, the salary* range for this specific position is $123,680 to $233,755.
