SUMMARY The People Technology Coordinator is responsible for accurate and timely processing of employee record changes into the People Technology System (PTS) including reviewing workflows for accuracy, maintaining accuracy on manual data entry across all modules, etc. Support the People Technology team by monitoring the ticketing system, categorizing, and assigning tickets according to service standards and procedures. Support People Department, Payroll and Benefits. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, data entry, workflow approval for People Technology System (PTS) onboarding new and re-hires, employment processes/changes, benefits administration for People Technology System (PTS)-housed benefits, wellness programs, leaves of absences, garnishments, etc.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES may include the following. Other duties may be assigned
. • Maintain high level of data integrity within PTS. This includes accurate data entry, review of submissions from users to ensure accuracy and quality, and period review of information such as leave of absence historical accuracy, etc.
• Responsible for accurate data entry of all documents and information submitted to centralized email box, following the documented work aids for all processes. This includes, but is not limited to tax changes, address updates, direct deposit information, name changes, department/location changes, promotions/demotions, new hire processing, changes in employment status, benefit enrollment/de-enrollment, salary changes, etc.
• Responsible for timely and accurately approving all workflows(Leave of Absence (LOA), new hires, job changes, etc. Must follow the documented work aids for all transactions.
• Update benefit setups as instructed by the Benefits team for PTS-maintained deductions such as Unum and Kaiser, where deduction is directly housed in the PTS vs Benefits Administration (Benefits Prime).
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
o Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or equivalent combination of education and experience
o One year or more administrative experience in a high volume/high touch environment, preferred
o Minimum of one year of Human Resources and/or Payroll experience preferred, preferably in manufacturing

o Basic knowledge of HR laws and regulations preferred

o Proficient on MS Word and Excel. Some experience in PowerPoint and OneNote preferred
o Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities and maintain enthusiasm
o Proven ability to handle multiple projects, priorities and meet deadlines o Ability to deal effectively with a diverse team at all organizational levels o Commitment to excellence and high standards
