What You Will Do:
As a Customer Care Representative, you will provide customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Additionally, you will ensure that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly, effectively and in accordance with the consumer laws. You will have the opportunity to develop organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers and develop improvement plans in response to customer surveys. Additional responsibilities require you to:
- Receive customer telephone calls and acts as a customer contact regarding pricing, scheduling and shipping.
- Process customer orders and determine status of existing orders; provide product information, including technical, operational and/or repair part information.
- Provide information to and/or research problems for the Stryker sales force and/or customers, coordinating with other departments as needed.
- Prepare and update general and/or product specific information.
What You Need:
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years’ experience in Customer Care or Customer Service-related position
Preferred:
$19.58/hr. – $32.04/hr., per hour plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
Travel Percentage: 10%
