Job Description:
Leadership Support
Manages the expense reporting for all nine functional teams and leadership
Manages the meeting scheduling for the Vice Provost and all Directors in GPS
Assist with onboarding coordination between the Manager of Learning and Development, trainers, and new hires
Assists with data entry for new program launches in support of the Director of Change and Project Management
Event Support
Event management support, which includes office events, annual Summit, third party events, New Student Orientation, Regalia pick up, and other student and staff events
Manages SWAG Inventory for Enrollment, Admissions, and Success
Serves on the Summit Logistics Committee
Teams’ Support
Manages the Early Alert notifications and tracking
Handles all notifications of Withdrawal/Leave of Absence students
First line for ACD (automatic call distribution) for Student Success and One Stop Financial phone lines (contact centers)
Operations
Provides additional support to Student Workers
Handles and coordinates the Mail Run and sorting
Acts as the office concierge (lunch set up, training set up, office tours)
Manages the 1st floor during business hours with faculty, staff, students, and guests
Oversees space availability and booking for multiple conference rooms
Inputs meetings into Astra, the database for room allocations, and acts as point person for any adjustments in space day-to-day
Provides Front Desk coverage
Data and Systems
Process new inquiry cards collected from counselors into the CRM
Supports systems by providing coverage of SMS clean-up
Provide support in maintaining and cleaning data in the Salesforce system
Serve as backup for Prepaid course registration in Salesforce
Ensure all new applications are correctly assigned to the correct owner

Physical Requirements:
Work is primarily sedentary and may require sitting for extended periods of time.
Use of computer equipment: computer keyboard, mouse, and monitor.
Vision to read documents, e-mail and other correspondence, and reports on paper and computer monitor.
