What will you help us create? The Amazon Devices Operations and Supply Chain organization is looking for an individual who wants to work on a business that is growing at a rapid pace. As a Senior Operations Excellence Program Manager, you will work with a global cross-functional matrix-based organization to gather and analyze business information, identify and implement processes, and drive continuous improvement. A successful candidate must be highly analytical, resourceful, creative, adaptive, and able to work effectively with multiple functions at a brisk pace. You must be able to execute programs and initiatives from concept through implementation.
Key job responsibilities In this role, you will: Work cross-functionally to determine organizational synergies and opportunities for operational processes Build solid relationships with peers across the organization and ensure smooth process flow and collaboration Identify problems and explore solutions to current processes and systems Use strong analytical skills and ability to translate metrics, research, and trends to identify opportunities, and initiatives for improvement. Develop and report metrics on organizational performance and review Develop and manage resource planning for product development Lead and deliver results on projects involving cross-functional teams including program updates on a weekly, monthly basis to all levels of the organization. Drive continuous improvement Exhibit exceptional communication skills and instincts with stakeholders at all levels delivering concise and effective messages to a variety of audiences with the right detail and timing

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering or a Supply Chain/Operations discipline
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $104,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
