Job Description
Reporting to the Vice President of Facility and Security, the Corporate Security Site Manager will be critical to the success of the growing and dynamic team at Vuori. They will develop and enforce security policies and procedures, coordinate security personnel, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate security risks. Additionally, the Site Security Manager will assist with investigations, due diligence, and confidential/sensitive concerns impacting the corporate facilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive security management experience, strong leadership skills, and a proactive approach to maintaining a safe and secure environment.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines to protect company personnel, assets, and information.
Conduct regular security assessments and risk analyses to identify vulnerabilities and develop strategies for risk mitigation.
Coordinate security operations, including access control, surveillance, and alarm systems, to ensure the safety and security of Vuori Headquarters.
Manage contract security services to ensure they meet the expectation of service, provide a high level of professionalism and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal departments, such as Facilities, People & Culture, and Tech, to address security concerns and implement integrated security solutions.
Oversee the implementation of emergency response plans and procedures to effectively respond to security incidents, natural disasters, or other emergencies.
Monitor and analyze security-related data and metrics to identify trends, assess the effectiveness of security measures, and make recommendations for improvement.
Develop and maintain relationships with law enforcement agencies, security vendors, and other external partners to enhance security capabilities and intelligence.
Stay current on emerging security threats, technologies, and best practices and provide guidance and training to employees on security awareness and protocols.
Serve as the primary point of contact for security-related inquiries, incidents, and investigations, ensuring timely and appropriate resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, security management, or a related field; advanced degree or security certifications, e.g.- Certified Protection Professional (CPP), Physical Security Professional (PSP) preferred.
Minimum 3 Years experience in physical security or corporate security environment.
Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to work collaboratively across several cross functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of security principles, practices, and technologies, including access control systems, surveillance systems, and physical security measures.
Experience conducting security assessments, risk analyses, and investigations, with the ability to develop and implement effective security strategies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work non-traditional hours and respond to security incidents outside of regular business hours, as needed.

Pay Range: $68,000-$80,000/yr
