Responsibilities
This position is responsible for facilitating the contract between the organization and the Hemophilia Services Consortium. This position is also responsible for the day-to-day operations in fulfilling its obligations in the contract.
Manages, trains, develops, and provides feedback to assigned staff.
Directs the procurement, storage and distribution of products designed for use in the treatment of persons with bleeding disorders.
Ensures compliance with all SOPS, guidelines, and regulations.
Manages the contract between the organization and the HSC and performs all duties related to that contract.
Oversees the distribution of all hemophilia services products.
Prepare, present, analyzes and summarize operational data.
Develops new marketing material and strategies for the program.
Work with manufacturers and suppliers on distribution agreements.
Company licensing and audit reviews and reporting.
Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Healthcare or closely related field.
Experience:
8 – 10 years’ experience in the management of business operations, negotiations, sales and marketing or directly related field.
Any combination of education, training and experience that has supplied the necessary knowledge, skills and experience to perform the essential functions of the job.
For applicants who will perform this position in New York City or Westchester County, the proposed annual salary is $210,000.00 p/yr to $220,000.00 p/yr. For applicants who will perform this position outside of New York City or Westchester County, salary will reflect local market rates and be commensurate with the applicant’s skills, job-related knowledge, and experience.
