The mission of the Brand Partnership Studio is to empower brands to authentically engage live communities, predominantly on Twitch. Reporting to the Creative Strategy Lead, Americas, the Senior Creative Strategy will be a key player contributing to Brand Partnership Studio mission within the New York office. He or she will guide brands on how to best leverage Twitch, the gaming industry, and live streaming technology to reach customers in a meaningful way.
Key job responsibilities - You will respond to client RFPs with compelling proposals that serve the brands needs while leveraging the best of Twitchs platform, products, and talent. - You will attend client meetings, pitches and collaborative work sessions to translate, educate, and evangelize Twitch to our advertising clients. - You will help articulate high-concept ideas and proposals to sellers, media agencies, and clients to ensure theyre effectively communicated. - You will conceptualize campaigns in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while juggling multiple projects with multiple stakeholders. - You will ensure that all concepts delivered meet Amazon's bar-raising standard.
About the team BPS is the Amazon Advertising in-house content and tech team supporting the ideation and execution of custom content, sponsorships, and technology on Twitch.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 8+ years of driving compelling creative strategy and execution at an agency or in-house creative team experience - Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery - Experience presenting creative concepts effectively to senior executives - Experience managing multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines - Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research and marketing teams to develop strategy and consumer insights that drive compelling creative executions - Familiarity with the RFP process, analyzing briefs, the problems brands are trying to solve, and how to deliver an effective response. - An understanding of Twitch, the influencer space, branded content, and the digital advertising landscape. - Fluency in the gaming and streaming ecosystem.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
