Job Description
The PMO Project Manager (Sales Operations) is the responsible for tracking and managing the progress of key strategic initiatives within A Place for Mom’s Sales and Operations organization. The primary goals of the position are to closely monitor and track progress of strategic initiatives, report status to key stakeholders, identify risks and opportunities and to build internal relationships with partner teams to help ensure cooperation and coordination throughout the organization. This is a highly impactful role, offering leadership visibility opportunities and involvement with key strategic priorities within the Sales organization.
You will report to and work closely with the Director, Commercial Operations to have a material impact on delivering the growth strategy for the Sales organization.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate will have project management, PMO and Sales operations experience. You are an organized and detailed thinker and highly results oriented and dedicated to tracking our key strategic projects to achieve their goals and objectives. You are an excellent communicator – both verbal and written – with strong multi-tasking, analytical and follow up skills.
What you will do:
Understand the overall vision for the Sales organization, positioning of our offerings, and 3-5 year roadmap to identify how the projects across the organization fit into the strategic plan.
Build strong relationships with Sales leadership teams and key internal partners
Define and own the project management reporting cadence. Track and communicate each project teams' progress and performance results on a weekly basis.
Serve as a project management SME, leading and managing strategic process improvement projects.
Regularly capture feedback and process improvement ideas from end users and manage and “groom” the prioritization of the strategic projects backlog
Work with the Sales & Performance Insights team to conduct regular analysis of performance and identify areas for improvement.
Provides governance, support, and oversight for multiple projects
Establish knowledge management repositories and facilitate knowledge sharing across departments and projects
Establishes key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track and measure performance across the portfolio of projects
Assist with event planning for quarterly Sales meetings
Qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of project management and operations experience with demonstrated success, preferably in sales and/or health care
Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels
Proven ability to motivate and hold project teams accountable to meeting and exceeding project goals and timelines

Strong analytical skills
Ability to develop and give presentations to leadership teams
Collaborative approach to project management and operations, working effectively with stakeholders across Legal, Marketing, Sales, Learning and Development, Product & Technology, and Sales Performance & Insights
Strong organizational skills. Capable of managing multiple ongoing initiatives with ease
Ability to thrive in a demanding, fast-paced environment requiring a high degree of productivity, adaptability, innovation and follow-through
Effective time management skills.
Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint
Bachelor degree required

Compensation
Base Salary Range - $80,000 - $90,000
Bonus - 10% of annual earnings
