Job Description Summary
After attending course lectures, SI Leader will conduct and prepare for organized, collaborative, group study sessions on a weekly basis. The right candidate must have good communication skills, enjoy the subject matter, and have a passion for learning and applying new skills and strategies to enhance student learning.

Required Qualifications
A GPA of 3.0 or better
A grade of A or A- in the course (or equivalent course) for which you lead
Outstanding time management skills
Ability to learn and apply new skills and strategies to enhance collaboration for student learning
Promote the SI program and tutoring
Ability to follow policy and procedures set by TLC and Chapman University
Responsible and committed to those being served
Faculty Recommendation
Ability to work with a diverse group of learners
Desired Qualifications
Experience tutoring individuals or groups
Prior use of TLC Services, tutoring, academic mentoring, and/or SI attendance
