We’re looking for an experienced Sr. Manager of Ecosystem Marketing with a specialization in the semiconductor industry to join our Global Marketing & Communications organization. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, messaging, and positioning that spotlight Synopsys’ collaborations with key EDA, IP, and Foundry partners. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem and the ability to drive alignment, planning and collaboration among partners and internal product management teams to achieve business goals. This pivotal role requires strategic thinking, strong partner management skills, and knowledge of the semiconductor industry.
The Successful Candidate Will Be Responsible For:
Developing and executing a comprehensive ecosystem marketing strategy that aligns with the company’s business goals and objectives.
Driving marketing initiatives focused on EDA, IP, and Foundry partner collaborations.
Nurturing and strengthening relationships with key partners in the semiconductor industry.
Collaborating with internal cross-functional teams to develop, execute and measure effectiveness of marketing programs
Leading a range of content creation including presentations, press releases, web and more
Monitoring and analyzing market trends and competitor activities.
Leading the planning and execution of partner events, webinars, and other marketing programs
Collaborating with sales teams to drive partner engagement and revenue growth, where appropriate
The Skills and Qualifications You’ll Need:
B.S degree in business, marketing or electrical/computer engineering highly preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on EDA, IP, and Foundry marketing in the semiconductor industry.
The ability to understand and articulate technical concepts and translate these into compelling, customer focused communications.
Strong understanding of the semiconductor ecosystem and partner dynamics.
Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using marketing software and tools.

The base salary range across the U.S. for this role is between $164,000-$246,000. In addition, this role may be eligible for an annual bonus, equity, and other discretionary bonuses. Synopsys offers comprehensive health, wellness, and financial benefits as part of a of a competitive total rewards package. The actual compensation offered will be based on a number of job-related factors, including location, skills, experience, and education.
