Overview
KETTLER currently has an opening for an Adminstrative Assistant at Amberleigh, an apartment community located in Fairfax, VA.
The Property Management Administrative Assistant will act as a gatekeeper and provide administrative support to the property management team Assistant Property Manager and General Manager. This includes managing and organizing property documents and records, assisting preparing leasing agreements, contracts and other property related documents, handling tenant inquiries and requests. In addition, this position will be responsible for supporting property manager(s) in various administrative tasks, such as preparing reports and conducting internal audits.
Responsibilities
Supports day-to-day operations and administration with the onsite team.
Provides administrative support to the Assistant Property Manager and Property Manager.
Handle property management invoice processing, check requests and expense reports to Property Manager for processing.
Maintaining and updating property databases and software.
Assisting in the collection and processing of rental payments and deposits.
Assiting in the coordiation of tenant move-ins and move-outs.
Qualifications
High-School degree required.
Minimum 3+ years of administrative experience, preferably in property management industry.
Demonstrated interpersonal and team building skills among all organizational levels.
Demonstrated fluency on Microsoft Office Suite. Expertise in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point critical.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work in an organized manner and manage time efficiently and effectively in a fast pace environment.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
