Job Description
Responsibilities:
Conduct property inspections to ensure upkeep, maintenance, and readiness for new occupants.
Communicate regularly with property stakeholders through various channels.
Coordinate property maintenance and approve work orders.
Oversee rent collection, vacancy management, and unit preparation.
Review financial statements and invoices for accuracy and timeliness.
Manage Assistant Property Supervisor and Resident Managers, including performance evaluations.
Assist with tenant evictions as needed.
Contribute to annual property budget preparation and rent increase analysis.
Attend regular property management meetings and seminars.
Facilitate payment disbursement to clients.
Fulfill additional tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience in property management, with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory or regional capacity.
Comprehensive grasp of property management principles, financial analysis, and budget oversight.
Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication proficiencies.
Proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office Suites.
Familiarity with local property laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
Ability to effectively multitask, prioritize, and oversee multiple properties concurrently.
Strong aptitude for problem-solving and decision-making.
Readiness to travel within the designated region as necessary.
