Job Abstract

Provides Electronic Health Records Support to users of the Allscripts application. Responsible for representing lab services through EHR, answering, triaging and logging of Lab support calls, providing immediate assistance where possible and with Laboratory Information Systems (Cyberlab) when applicable. Ability to identify reoccuring issues. Ability to work effectively with staff, providers, management and to include external customers in determining the most effective and efficient means of troubleshooting and resolving user issues.

Required qualifications:

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• 1 year of Direct hands-on experience as a phlebotomist.
• Demonstrate experience in systems and documentation

Preferred qualifications:

• 1 year of Laboratory and/or Help Desk experience.
