As an Agile Engineer on our team, you’ll have the chance to define and oversee the release management process by contributing to a well-planned and well-delivered release to deliver a solution that works as intended and is delivered on schedule. You will apply advanced consulting skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge to develop innovative solutions to complex problems. You'll work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise geographically dispersed field support team members. You Have:
8+ years of experience with gathering and documenting technical and business requirements, including defining quality gates and thresholds while monitoring customer feedback
Experience operating an automated deployment pipeline and associated processes
Experience coordinating releases from several development teams into an integrated environment
Experience tracking results of test automation suites, operational checkouts, and test events to understand the impact of releases on the production environment
Experience in leading client delivery engagements and working with senior-level client management
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally across multiple development teams in order to ensure the success of a complex release process
Ability to troubleshoot any issues that arise and make recommendations to improve the release and deployment process
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree
Ability to obtain Security+ CE, SSCP, CCNA-Security, or GSEC certification within 6 months of hire
Nice If You Have:
Experience with SAFe
Experience with Jira and Confluence tools
SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) Certification
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Certification
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $110,100.00 to $250,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
