Job Duties
Provide optimal customer service to all guests of Dining Services. This will be done through preparation of food and beverage items, serving guests, cleanup duties, Dish room/Pot room, as well as other duties. The employees will be trained on skills necessary to ensure safe food handling and sanitation. Some examples of duties: * Marketplace – serving hot and cold made-to-order sandwiches, maintaining the beverage lines, washing and restocking dishes/cups in the Dish room, washing pots and pans in the Pot room, and kitchen prep.
Please note: Marketplace Hours are a 7 day/week operation, with night and weekend hours necessary to provide service.
Required Qualifications
To perform this position successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential function satisfactorily. Responsible to assist in maintaining the highest level of safety and sanitation for customers, employees, facilities and equipment. Must have availability during peak operational times/needs; 8am-10am, 10am-1pm, 5pm-9pm
