American Greetings is recruiting for an eCommerce Marketing Analyst who can assist us with executing hands on keyboard marketing activations and reporting on 3rd party retailer platforms (non-D2C).
In this role, you will focus on search, display, and other emerging commerce marketing capabilities. Experience is required in media buying and planning, search marketing, DSP/programmatic marketing, and strong excel and data skills.
Overall success in this position will hinge on collaboration with wider omnichannel, commercial, merchandising, and product teams to help drive American Greetings E-Commerce business forward in terms of both revenue and profitability.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Hands on keyboard execution and optimization of Search and DSP campaigns across retail media networks (AMZ, KPM, WMC).
? Hands on pacing and management of multimillion dollar marketing budgets vs campaign objectives.
? Proactively identifying and monitoring trends within campaigns to ensure that performance is maximized within budgets.
? Reporting via Excel as well as third party tools such as Profitero, Stackline, Tableau and Pacvue.
? Partners with broader media/shopper team to share tactical learnings and best practices and upcoming initiatives.
? Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Merchandising teams for strategic planning, long term planning, and execution of a sales growth plan.
? Other duties and responsibilities to be added as needed. Required Length & Type of Experience:
? 2-3+ years in ecommerce or digital marketing
? Amazon experience is mandatory; experience with WMC, Roundel, KPM and other Retail media platforms are preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
? Outstanding problem-solving skills including excellent analytical and reasoning skills and strategic thinking capabilities
? Advanced abilities in digital marketing/advertising with strong working knowledge of various tools related to key word analysis, share of voice (SOV), and automatic ad auction/bidding and measurement
? Ability to effectively manage one’s own time to ensure multiple priorities are balanced and managed successfully
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
? Strong PC skills to include ability to use Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc)
? Strong working knowledge of online shopping, digital advertising platforms, email and analytics.
? Understanding of eCommerce business concepts, practices, and procedures is required.
? High learning agility, digital or eCommerce experience and dealing with ambiguity.
