We are seeking a self-motivated, goal-driven talent acquisition specialist to help us build relationships and recruit dental providers, including general dentists, specialists, dental hygienists, and extended function dental assists.
This is a remote position, but candidates must be willing to travel to offices across the Harrisburg, Lehigh Valley, and Philly suburbs. Candidates should also be willing to spend time networking at schools, residency programs, association meetings, etc.
Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation will be $70,000 - $110,000.
Base pay will start at $70,000 with bonus compensation awarded with each hire.

Responsibilities:
- Source candidates from various platforms, including social media networks, teammate referrals, job boards, as well as proactive outreach to passive candidates.
- Collaborate with the Director of HR, Managing Partners, and Practice Administrators to understand hiring needs and provide strategic, consultative recruiting support.
- Develop and implement creative recruiting strategies to attract general dentist, specialist, hygiene, and extended function dental assisting talent.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
- Conduct thorough screenings and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience by managing communication and providing timely updates throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and hiring activities.
- Manage a high volume of recruiting tasks efficiently and effectively with little supervision.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
- Assists in the coordination of interview site visits, tours and accommodations.
· Assists in the coordination of the provider onboarding process working closely with Human Resources team members.
- Helps coordinate continuing education and recruiting events.
