Prepare and review financial statements for multiple entities.
Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts.
Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
Assist in budget development and financial forecasting.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.
Coordinate external audits and ensure regulatory compliance.
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.

The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting.
Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
