Perform as mid-level contributor with knowledge and experience in local and wide area networking, communications, and related software/hardware within a multi-platform operating environment.
Install and configure computer hardware, software, and networks.
Perform MS Windows desktop support (troubleshooting, peripheral support).
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
Conduct termination of network cables.
Maintain and update technical documentation and manuals.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure proper functioning.
Stay abreast of new technologies and trends in the industry.

5 years of relevant experience
IAT II: Security certification or equivalent
Knowledge of OSI Model physical layer 1 and layer 2 (network access layer)
Windows 10 certification
Knowledge of cabling and requirements
Knowledge of different type of cables
Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work independently with minimum supervision, and the ability to follow SOPs
Ability to travel up to 25%
