Job Summary
Under the direction of the assigned supervisor, functions as secretary to the Information Technology Department. Performs a wide variety of accounting and clerical duties. Monitors the Information Technology Help Desk work order system. Coordinates and conducts technology-based training courses for staff. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Requirements / Qualifications

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – EDUCATION AND/OR TRAINING:
Equivalent to graduation from high school.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Two years progressively responsible clerical experience.
DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE:
Experience in technology based training/teaching.

1. Five (5) minute typing test.
2. Certificate must contain all of the following:

- Verifier's signature
TYPING CERTIFICATES OBTAINED ONLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Acceptable testing centers are College/University Test Centers, Employment Agencies, and Manteca Adult School.
