Our client is a fast growth, PE backed, beauty company in Los Angeles. They have exceeded expectations on their performance and are in a strong position within their product market. They sell their products through a variety of channels, with a big focus on DTC, and are looking for a strong Director of FP&A to join their finance team

Director of FP&A role responsible for:
Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial plans aligned with business objectives, driving profitability and shareholder value.
Forecasting & Analysis: Lead the forecasting process, providing insightful analysis and actionable recommendations to senior leadership.
Budget Management: Oversee budget planning and allocation, optimizing resource utilization across departments.
Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across the organization, including Marketing, Operations, and Sales, to drive alignment and achieve financial goals.

The Successful Applicant
You will be a strong FP&A leader who has worked within consumer goods previously. You will hold a strong knowledge of Budgeting, Forecasting and and financial planning. You will also be able to work collaboratively with non finance team members, including marketing and sales. Ideally, you will have worked for a CPG company with DTC sales channels. Experience with Netsuite would be highly beneficial.
What's on Offer
Salary range $150,000 to $190,000 plus bonus and equity offering
