Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 3 years of experience in U.S. healthcare professional marketing.
A minimum of 5 years in pharmaceutical sales, sales training, and/or marketing.
Strong digital content creation and omnichannel marketing experience.
Solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in oncology or rare diseases.
Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills.
Proven ability to work effectively in a team and across functions.
Experience managing external agencies and partners.
Creative, strategic thinker capable of thriving in a complex, fast-paced environment.
