What you will do:
As a Production Associate II, you will perform various manufacturing duties as required to ensure the team meets all goals and objectives. Types of work include packaging, stoning, straightening, material handling, hand finishing, buffing, laser marking, masking, blasting and inspection of implants and/or instruments.
- Build product by following all processes in which certified and completing other assigned work, while meeting manufacturing goals and metrics
- Maintain responsibility for quality and adherence to manufacturing process requirements
- Record information, perform verifications, and maintain accurate records on shop floor paperwork
- Perform incoming/receiving inspection on in-house and vended manufactured product
- Completes repetitive tasks and follows procedures along with written and verbal instructions
- Responsible for personal production output and maintaining production logs as needed or working with team to achieve team production targets
- Strives for operational excellence by promoting a team-based, product-focused organization, contributing to continuous improvement, participating in safety programs, strives for cost reduction and committed to quality by striving for reliability and quality in our products
- Meet work schedule and overtime requirements, including weekends
- Must be able to lift/push/pull 40+ lbs throughout shift
What you need:
- High school diploma or GED, Preferred
- One (1) year manufacturing experience, Preferred
- CMM experience, Preferred
