Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and fitness equipment to ensure optimal functioning.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure safety.
Facility Upkeep:
Conduct regular inspections of the facility to identify and address maintenance needs.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of mechanical rooms, equipment storage areas, and other assigned areas.
Safety Compliance:
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks.
Report any safety hazards or concerns immediately to management.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance schedules.
