Reporting to the Associate VP for Grants, Sponsored Programs and Grants, the incumbent will provide general office support to the department’s programs including preparing proposals for external grants, managing external grants, managing internal student grants, and planning/organizing the annual Made in Millersville conference. Position duties include data entry, information management, preparing written communications, and web content management. An intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel, strong attention to detail, and excellent time management skills are preferred.
Required Qualifications
General computer proficiency (Microsoft 365: Project, Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong attention to detail
Excellent written and spoken communication
Ability to work independently
Eligible to work in the United States and have a valid Social Security card
Successfully complete all background clearances
Preferred Qualifications
Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel
