PAY: $55k - $65k
To qualify for $60k- $65k, the qualified candidate must have recent experience in an Account Manager role.

Job Duties will include, but are not limited to: -The CSR / Account Manager will assist on a Commercial book of business, $2.2 mil in premium. -The book consists of Restaurants, Fast Food(non-franchise) and Lessors Risks and Apartments. This specific experience is not a must, but the CSR/AM must have CL package and BOPs experience. Will also work with EPLI, D&O and E&O. -The CSR/AM will not handle Work Comp in this role. - Will assist the Personal Lines department as needed. - Carriers will be working with include: Travelers, Hartford, CNA, Guard, Mercury-commercial lines. - Client Servicing - Communicating with prospects, clients, and underwriters via telephone and e-mail - Presentation of quotes and proposals for new business and renewals - Review policies, identify deficiencies and determine appropriate level of coverage - Manage renewal process - Create certificates of insurance, endorsement requests and binders - Online rating with multiple carriers - Completion of Acord applications
Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years’ experience recently working as a CL CSR / Account Manager, working within an independent agency environment. - The qualified candidate must hold an active CA Property/Casualty license. - Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. - Applied-TAM experience a plus. - Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and offer excellent customer service at all times! - Must have clear and written communication skills.
