What you'll do:
AmeriHome Mortgage is looking for a CRM Administrator to support our Sales Operations Team. This position will report to the SVP, Sales Operations and will be expected to be knowledgeable and experienced in Salesforce Administration, providing proficient excel reporting, and managing data integrity and quality within our CRM platform. This is a great opportunity for a driven individual who wants to share their reporting and data management experience, while expanding their overall exposure to Correspondent Sales, Inside Sales and Lead Generation responsibilities. The right candidate will have the necessary experience and dedication to be detailed in their work and able to quickly and efficiently work through large data sheets. We’re looking for a strong team player who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get the job done.
What we are looking for:
- Drive innovation within the Salesforce app, looking for add-ons, enhancements, etc to build efficiencies within the system
- Help end users and management develop or fine-tune reports and dashboards so they yield meaningful metrics
- Troubleshoot email campaigns, workflows, approval cycles, or auto-responders that generate excessive bounced mails
- Work within the Salesforce Application, vetting data integrity, resolving sales level or client level discrepancies
- Provide end-user support, monitor systems and updates, respond to inquiries, resolve or escalate reported issues in an established SLA
- Analyze information, recognizing and anticipating problems and opportunities
- Develop business requirement documents (BRDS) for technical teams
- Create, review and update application support documentation (user guides)
- Unlock user accounts or resetting passwords
- Deal with SSO, two-factor authentication, and certificate problems
- Add new white-listed IP addresses
- Provide back-up support to team members
What you will need:
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce CRM and experience in Administration work with the system
- General knowledge of applications and database concepts and their structures
- History of being a proactive and independent self-starter
- Ability to work independently and as a team player
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with sales, peers, and associates
- Ability to solve complex issues independently, timely and under pressure
- Critical thinking with a creative mindset
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Excel specifically)

Compensation: Salary range for new hires is generally $80,041.00 - $98,874.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
