The Senior Human Resources Administrator plays a vital role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of the Human Resources function. This position serves as a point of contact and first-level support to NTT GDC Americas employees and leaders related to a variety of HR-related inquiries. Plays a critical role in maintaining efficient HR processes, improving service delivery, and enhancing the overall employee experience. Provides superior customer support to NTT GDC Americas employees and leaders.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Acts as a resource for employees and managers, providing timely and accurate responses to inquiries regarding HR programs, policies and procedures.
Assist employees with navigation of HR policies, procedures, programs, informational sites and systems.
Delivers a smooth, effective, and superior onboarding experience for all incoming GDC Americas new hires and transfers.
Conducts comprehensive and engaging New Hire Orientations for all incoming GDC Americas new hires and transfers.
Maintains organized employee records, including highly confidential documents, correspondence and other records. Conducts audits and corrects information as necessary.
Process various employee life cycle transactions in HRIS applications, ensuring data accuracy for all employee records.
Responsible for the offboarding process, including generating and delivering termination documentation to exiting employees.
Escalates inquiries or issues as appropriate, providing clear communication to management and employees on facts, status, and resolution to said issues.
Provides administrative support for HR programs, processes, procedures, and projects.
Participates in projects aimed at streamlining procedures, implementing best practices, expanding centralization, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Collaborates with all functions within HR, including Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, HRIS and Employee Engagement, as well as cross functional stakeholders in IT and Finance.
Handles information of a highly confidential and critical nature with the utmost discretion.
Performs other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
General understanding of HR Operations, including but not limited to benefits, compensation, payroll, HRIS and compliance.
High level understanding of HR processes.
Developing ability to think critically, problem solve and take an analytical approach to work with close attention to detail.
Ability to remain open-minded and self-confident
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of federal, state and local laws and regulations for each jurisdiction where employees work and reside.

Proficient with Microsoft Office 365 (O365), including Microsoft Teams, Works, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education and/or work experience required.
Minimum 2-3 years of Human Resources and administrative experience.
Advanced proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook).
Experience with HRIS (Workday) is preferred.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Remain stationary for long periods of time
Operate computer, peripherals, and other office equipment
Perform work during US business hours and time zones
WORK CONDITIONS & OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Onsite at Sacramento Data Center location for approximately 5% of time
95% of time perform work from a remote location with stable internet connection
Support administrative activities such as mail distribution, posting communication materials, events and meeting coordination on site as needed at our Sacramento data center
This position requires work to be done primarily remote, with some time onsite at a data center facility and may require use of a personal mobile device. A monthly stipend will be provided to cover expenses incurred for using a personal device, if applicable.
NTT Global Data Centers Americas, Inc. offers competitive compensation based on experience, education, and location. Hourly base salary for this position is $ 27.80 - $ 34.70 and is eligible for overtime pay in accordance with local state and federal ‘Wage and Hour’ requirements.
All regular full-time employees are eligible for an annual bonus; payout is dependent upon individual and company performance.
