DESCRIPTION
Rings Subscriptions team is responsible for managing and building out the Ring Protect service and technology which powers our subscription platform and supports new product initiatives. As the Business Analyst, your focus will be on supporting our business strategy by quantifying customer engagement with product features, measuring product performance, and assessing the success of new product launches. You will define core metrics and KPIs, build analyses that uncover actionable insights and tell a story, and create operational dashboards to be used by a variety of stakeholders. The position interfaces with stakeholders ranging from product managers, project managers, software, and data engineers. This role is instrumental in helping to ensure tracking of KPIs and related metrics in Rings expanding suite of security services.
Key job responsibilities Ownership of core security product metrics, ETLs, reports, and dashboards, with an emphasis on understanding trends, and identifying areas of growth and improvement. Supporting product teams through both structured and ad-hoc analytics that ensure proper operational performance of Rings security offerings. Drive operational improvements by leveraging platform data to understand performance issues, risks, and areas of opportunity. Innovating how we track and report on the performance of new product initiatives and programs. Evaluating new markets and customer segments for Rings subscription service.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience - 5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience - 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience - Bachelor's degree or equivalent - Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights - Experience with Excel - Experience with SQL - Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience in customer segmentation, customer behavior analysis, conjoint/trade-off modeling

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $59,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $143,100/year in our highest geographic market.
