Purpose:
The role of the Digital Intelligence Growth Leader - NA is to drive the growth of the Digital Intelligence (DI) practice in North America. Through engaging with external clients and utilizing own experience in GHD markets and sectors the role is a market maker that expands on the ‘all things data’ business, identifies new opportunity areas, assists creation, and takes integrated and new solutions to clients. This role would set the tone and lead from the front in showing how GHD and GHD Digital can build trusted client partnerships and live the CX Way.
Key outcomes from this role must include:
Brings new clients (could be new audience within the same clients) to Digital.
Identifies new opportunities and defines and assists development of solutions (by scoping and project managing) that matches requirements of the new clients.
Consistent, whole of GHD Digital engagement, with emphasis on bringing DI solutions to market.
Supports GHD’s CX Way objectives and contributes to achieving desired Voice of the Client scores and likelihood to recommend.
Revenue from our priority clients, growing at greater than 20% per annum and accounting for ~50% of global GHD Digital revenue by the end of FY26 (30 June 2026).
