Provide client support, take direction and clerical support of a general nature; provides office support assistance to multiple managers and states.
Responsibilities:
Inbound and outbound calls and/or emails daily. Customer Service. Data Entry. Processing payroll. Partner with HR to update and maintain office policies as necessary functions, personnel files, as required. Onboarding for new hires. BWC Workers Compensation Claims. Maintaining interpersonal employee relations. Conflict management between field employees and management in multiple divisions. Facilitate Benefits Open Enrollment for employees annually. Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k)Facilitating FMLA paperwork, basic knowledge in FMLA regulations. Scheduling, planning, and organizing large safety training sessions to meet OSHA compliance safety regulations for employees. Scheduling, and organizing company events such as holiday parties and employee appreciation events for employees. Collect information from Management Team for updating files. Keeping employee information up to date, including policies and procedures that align with corporate core values and guidelines. Maintain communication with project contact regarding scheduling and documentation requirements as needed. Collect information from Management Team for updating files. Maintaining vendor relationships for office supplies, furniture, and services within certain expenditures. Assist with travel arrangements for field and office employees ranging from flight arrangements, hotel stays, rental cars, etc. Hotel stay arrangements are completed with out of state construction projects. Cross train and provide back up support in the office. An ability to produce a high-volume output while maintaining an attention to detail. Qualifications
High School degree or equivalent required; BA or BS highly preferred 3 years' experience in an payroll or employee onboarding position required, construction experience a plus. Must have exceptional computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook. Stable work history.
