Your opportunity
We are currently seeking a Part-Time Sales Advisor who will report to thestore managerin sales and operations as part of our dynamic team in River Oaks District, Houston.
This role is a 32-hour schedule with eligibility for overtime.
You will be a key ambassador for the brandproviding a distinctive and extraordinary luxury experience, passionately guiding the client across the Brand, nurturing a long-term loyal relationship. You will carry out sales and clienteling actions to maximize individual and store target and KPIs.
How you will contribute
Meet and exceed CRM and retention goals.
Accomplish the goals set by Store Management contributing to the teamwork.
Effectively use the Client Book to nurture the relationship with the existing and potential customers.
Gather information about the market: new trends, events, competitors’ activities and products.
Effectively interact and collaborate with colleagues in the store and in the company at large.
Implement stock procedures according to company standards and guidelines.
Respect Brioni standards, roles, and procedures, promptly sharing possible issues and risks.
Handle administrative tasks, such as consolidating packaging order, uniform order with boutiques and order follow up.
Support retail ops with ad-hoc projects and any additional back-office activities.
Who you are.
At least 2 years of experience in a sales position in a luxury brand, and 1 year of inventory management
Fluent in English, Bilingual is a Plus.
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Good knowledge of men's formalwearand high-end fashion field; MTM experience is a plus.
Proven ability to drive and exceed individual and store results and build lasting relationships with clients.
Team-focused with a desire to collaborate effectively
Self-development and driven attitude
Ability to lift 25+ lbs. and work on the sales floor for extended periods of time.
Comfortable and tech-savvy with computer technology, including PC and iOS devices.
Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and workflow dynamics as needed.
Available to work a minimum of 2 Saturdays and 2 Sundays per month, annual inventory, and holiday season.
