Job Description:
The Senior Manager, Digital Products & Experiences is responsible for engaging movie fans around the world through direct-to-consumer channels. This role will manage a portfolio of digital experiences and capabilities, including imax.com, CRM, analytics, and AI initiatives. This individual will work with cross functional teams to manage the marketing tech stack and will oversee existing and new digital partnerships.
What You'll Do:

Responsible for imax.com, microsites, CRM and analytics initiatives
Manage digital team and partnerships, and serve as main point of contact for vendors
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive execution of digital activations and experiences including AI-enabled initiatives
Use a data-driven approach to optimize IMAX digital ticket sales and run experiments
Oversee digital performance reports and recommendations for channels and campaigns
Assist in prioritizing capabilities and features in alignment with stakeholders
Provide thought leadership in emerging technology areas, competitive and audience research, and MarTech tools

What You'll Need:
Degree in Marketing or related field; plus experience in the digital ecosystem launching and maintaining digital channels
Experience managing and inspiring a team
Project Management experience in a fast-paced environment
Cross functional Communication skills
Compensation:
101,455.00 - 160,000.00
