As a Content Production Operations Specialist Senior, you will serve a critical role in driving the delivery of both internal and external teams to ensure work is delivered effectively and on time. The Content Production Operations Specialist Senior is accountable for defining and managing operational processes and special projects of varying complexity on the content production team.

You have in-depth knowledge of the assigned marketing segments, key stakeholders, and delivery processes, define and own operational processes for all internal and external review and approval of custom content (e.g., legal circ, FINRA, recordkeeping)
You ensure adherence to regulatory and record-keeping requirements, driving the team towards 100% compliance.
You have a strong ability to coordinate work across multiple channels and functions, helping others to understand key priorities and dependencies in order to accomplish high-quality work.
You are adept at navigating multiple stakeholders within an organization and can maintain composure under pressure.
You have a demonstrated continuous improvement mindset and have successfully applied continuous improvement practices in your prior professional position(s).
You are highly analytical in nature and look forward to the challenge of continuing to develop and leverage the team’s delivery metrics in order to drive continued operational excellence.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $103,977-$166,363

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
