The responsibilities of this job include, but are not limited to the following:
Assisting with coordinating the externship program; Advising department supervisors and Directors of Medical Support (DMSs) of Buddy Training schedules;
Reviewing and distributing completed training paperwork;
Coordinating training schedules, travel schedules, and ensuring training hours are appropriated properly for treatment area trainers;
Maintaining Treatment Area Training Manuals;
Scheduling and facilitating quarterly meetings for treatment area trainers;
Attending quarterly regional meetings; Providing One-On-One and Buddy instruction as needed;
Coordinating Code Drill Team;
Communicating front office training needs of the treatment area staff to the Front Office Senior Regional Trainer;
Working in area of specialty in the treatment area as needed;
Recruiting, interviewing, and coordinating training and documentation for new treatment area trainers.
Minimum education and professional requirements include, but are not limited to, the following:
Must be 18 years of age or older;
Associate degree or higher, or certification in area of specialty (preferred);
Excellent verbal and written communication skills (required);
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends;
Ability to work with highly confidential matters;
Excellent organizational skills and ability to deal with numerous tasks at one time;
Minimum of one year Patient First experience (preferred);
Ability to travel to local centers and offices, and those in other areas where Patient First is located.
